We offer mentoring both in clinic and remotely for occupational therapists.

Nikki has extensive experience working with the autistic community, ADHDer's, sensory processing, play and social interactions, self-care and school readiness.
Nikki has worked in special development schools, clinic settings and the community. She has collaborated and worked with a range of other professionals including teachers, teacher aides, medical practitioners, allied health members and more. Nikki is committed to supporting therapists to grow their knowledge and skills in these areas.
Nikki has provided support in basic wheel chair prescription and room modifications and has also undergone her training for Transporting Children with Disabilities and Medical Conditions through Mobility and Accessibility for Children in Australia Ltd (MACA).

Did you know that there is a differentiation between Supervision & Mentoring? Although most workplaces may use these terms interchangeably. ​
Supervision:
The process by which the supervisor is responsible for the supervisee's performance, ensuring they meet job expectations. ​
Mentoring:
The process by which a relationship is established that involves a degree of intellectual & emotional connection between the mentor & mentee. This relationship is nonauthoritarian & reciprocal in nature.
